Thank you for volunteering with the 2015 Veterans Movement Past, Present and Future Golf Tournament. The tournament date is Tuesday, November 10 at the Klipper Golf Course on Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Due to the nature of the event, all volunteers must be 18 years of age and there is NO ALCOHOLIC CONSUMPTION by tournament volunteers. We are seeking volunteers in the areas of Course Set-Up, Registration, On-Course Assistance and Breakdown. Waiver of Liability
This agreement releases The Veterans Movement Foundation and associates from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during the Past, Present, Future pre-tournament concert on November 9, 2015 and the Past, Present, Future Golf Tournament on November 10, 2015 in Honolulu, HI. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold The Veterans Movement Foundation and all associates entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
I also acknowledge the risks involved in participating in a concert/golf tournament event. These include but are not limited to any and all risks associated with these activities. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against The Veterans Movement Foundation and associates for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
