Nomination Rules -
Employee Appreciation and Excellence Award
General Rules for All Categories
1. All employees must be nominated by a manager or supervisor for work done in the calendar year 2014.
2. Participants may submit one entry - per category - per restaurant or allied member.
3. All nominees must currently be employed at the restaurant making the nomination and not a concession or outside source.
4. Nomination should be written in a maximum of 300 words on the Nomination page or written form then emailed to co-chair Gregg Fraser at gregg.fraser@hawaiirestaurant.org . If you need help to complete, call co-chair Jan Kaeo at 258-4296 or email at Jan-kaeo@hawaii.rr.com
NOMINATION POINTS

Explain why nominee should be honored for his/her exemplary service.

Be very specific and detailed in your nomination by citing the many examples of why your nominee is the "best."

Remember, judges do not personally know your nominee.

Submit one original, and please be sure the name of the nominee and the category are selected on the submission form.

Also, please attach any guest comment cards, letters, news clippings, and other support materials along with the entry form, and one color head-shot photo of the nominee.
