The following categories give Hawaii's restaurants the opportunity to recognize one or several of their employees who have shown excellence and exceptional service to their restaurant.
An independent committee will evaluate performance/service that goes above and beyond the nominee's normal job responsibilities, outstanding and unusual service to the restaurant, to the guest, and/or to the community.
