•  First time clients: please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out consultation forms.
•  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in.  A late arrival may result in the shortening of your treatment.
•  Gratuity is not included within the price of your service.
•  All product sales are final. Gift cards are not refundable or transferable.
•  All services rendered are non-refundable.
•  Please silence cell phones during services.
•  We reserve the right to refuse service at anytime to anyone for any reason.
•  If coming with child, for safety reasons please do not leave them unattended.
